A family business for over 50 years
Chalet Cima Uomo was initially built at the end of the 60’s, when its founder Alberto Vendruscolo saw the majestic mountain, the vivid colors and the natural fascination of the Passo San Pellegrino and decided to transfer his ski lift situated in Carezza to San Pellegrino. He was a pioneer, starting a tradition which has now been passed on to the new generation.
To offer a better service to his visitors, Mr Vendruscolo built a small alpine hut and called it Bucaneve.
Only later he changed the name to Cima Uomo, naming it after the imposing mountain, which extends behind the whole Passo San Pellegrino and can be seen behind the Chalet.
